Immigration Court

Permanent Residency
In general there are two procedures to apply for residency: Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing. You may be eligible for one or both processes, with or without a waiver, depending on the circumstances of your individual case. Citizenship
Some people are U.S. citizens by birth and others acquire citizenship after birth, either through their parents or by naturalization. A naturalization application can be an easy process or a difficult process depending on the case. In some cases, an ill-advised naturalization application can even cause the government to initiate deportation proceedings against you. Even if you plan on doing the application by yourself I recommend that you consult with an immigration attorney before filing the application.
U Visas
Victims of violent crimes that occurred in the United States are eligible for a U visa if they assisted in the investigation or prosecution of the crime and suffered substantial physical or mental abuse. After 3 years in U status a person may apply for permanent residency. U visas can take years to process so it is very important that they are done correctly from the beginning. DACA
I have helped hundreds of DREAMers with their DACA applications. Although President Trump terminated the DACA program on September 5, 2017, a Federal Judge has ordered the Department of Homeland Security to continue accepting DACA applications from people who were previously approved.
